Session Overview
Phone and video sessions are available by appointment. Clients will contact Sasha at the time of their appointment. If you're running late, please inform Sasha immediately by calling the number embedded in the appointment confirmation or email. The appointment will be curtailed to allow other scheduled appointments to start on time. Missed appointments will not be rescheduled, they require a new purchase to block off time for Sasha's services. There is a no refund policy for cancellations. All appointments are coordinated through the contact form on first come first serve basis serving clients worldwide. Qualifying appointment requests are acknowledged within two business days. Appointments are scheduled once payment confirmations are received. Approved time sensitive priority readings include a surcharge fee. Last minute shifts may occur under rare circumstances that the client will be immediately notified and moved to the next appointment date available. Clients are encouraged to take notes during their session. Audio and video recording is not permissible by law nor per Sasha's consent. All session fees entertain only one client during the live session. Supplemental fees must be paid for additional members (up to two additional members) attending the session prior to the confirmed appointment. Group readings are entertained in 50 and 80 minute appointment blocks.
