"...What people think of you is their business, it has nothing to do with you. What you think of others, what you think of life, is your business because sometimes people get very embroiled in our opinions or in their critique of one another that they don’t realize how easily one can get hung up over it. Trying to win the vote of each individual out there but do they really care? We're living in a world where mostly everything could be bought from critical acclaim to very harsh critique,
that’s a blessing and a curse."

... Always Learning ...
Thank you to Dr. Genola Johnson for welcoming me to share a tiny glimpse of Sasha Talks with the audiences. It's amazing how fast time flies. I recall months ago when our paths crossed (on a scorching hot day) in an offline conversation where we exchanged notes on entrepreneurship and making decisions that align with our higher self. Fast forward to a few weeks later, we were exploring those thoughts on air. Zoom forward a few more months, we're finally ready to address a piece of that conversation that I'm sure will evolve until we cross paths again.
Thank you Dr. Genola!
How we start our day sets the tone for what's to come.

I had the pleasure of kicking off the New Year with Wes Malik interviewing me for Lifelong Wellness. We explored the reality behind new year's resolutions and whether they are a blessing or a curse. The discussion evolved into dissecting the variations of change that challenge the human condition when we're caught off guard due to factors outside of our control. Are all forms of change healthy for the human mind, heart and soul? Are there any changes that can paralyze us in our paths instead of pushing us to embrace our higher self? To what degree are we subject to free-will and when are we truly victims of circumstance? With these seeds of thought, Wes and I delved deeper into addressing the common frustrations people face derived from their professional and personal lives. At what point does man become so distracted that he forgets what destination is waiting to greet him? This leads me to ask all of you out there, 'are you walking the dog or is the dog walking you?". Stay tuned for the air date.
