I had the pleasure of kicking off the New Year with Wes Malik interviewing me for Lifelong Wellness. We explored the reality behind new year's resolutions and whether they are a blessing or a curse. The discussion evolved into dissecting the variations of change that challenge the human condition when we're caught off guard due to factors outside of our control. Are all forms of change healthy for the human mind, heart and soul? Are there any changes that can paralyze us in our paths instead of pushing us to embrace our higher self? To what degree are we subject to free-will and when are we truly victims of circumstance? With these seeds of thought, Wes and I delved deeper into addressing the common frustrations people face derived from their professional and personal lives. At what point does man become so distracted that he forgets what destination is waiting to greet him? This leads me to ask all of you out there, 'are you walking the dog or is the dog walking you?". Stay tuned for the air date.
